Other vocabulary apps hand you somebody else's word list. Ours is filled in live by your own teacher, during your own lesson — because we built the software they teach from as well.

What's actually on a word card
This is a single entry, hand-written by the teacher who teaches that language. There are thousands of them, and none of them came out of a machine translation.

How often you'll hear it
Every word carries its real-world frequency — 30+/day down to rarely. You always know whether something is worth the effort.
The bit dictionaries leave out
Not masculine or plural — the app shows those anyway. This is the meaning note: informal, formal, food-and-drink-only. The reason you'd pick this word over its synonym.
A sentence, not a translation
Written by a teacher, in both languages, about something a person would actually say.
The pro tip
What a native speaker would find odd about the obvious answer. This is the twist, and it's the whole reason the company is called what it is.
Full conjugations, when they matter
Every person, every tense the level needs — laid out so you can see the pattern rather than memorise six lines.

Written for your language, not translated into it
A Czech speaker learning English and an English speaker learning Czech do not make the same mistakes. So they don't get the same app.
