These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Languages With A Twist mobile app (the "App") and the languageswithatwist.com website (the "Website"), operated by Languages With A Twist ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, submitting our contact form, or otherwise using the App or Website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the App and Website

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account or submitting our contact form, and for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at

You can delete your account at any time from within the App (Account Settings). This permanently removes your profile and learning data.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Use the App for any unlawful purpose

2. Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

3. Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App's normal operation

4. Upload or submit content that is abusive, offensive, or infringes on others' rights

4. Content

Lessons, vocabulary, exercises, and other learning materials in the App are owned by Languages With A Twist and provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell this content.

If you submit your own words, phrases, or feedback within the App, you grant us permission to store and use that content to operate and improve the App.

5. Cost

The App is currently free to use. If we introduce paid subscriptions or features in the future, we'll update these Terms and clearly communicate pricing before you're charged anything.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." We do our best to keep content accurate and the service reliable, but we don't guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet every learning outcome you're hoping for.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Languages With A Twist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to the App or These Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to the Terms, we'll notify you in the App or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
